Dennis Ballard
Dennis Ballard brings more than 20 years of litigation experience to Martin Law, PLLC, where he serves as Of Counsel and is the firm’s senior litigation counsel. His career spans construction defect claims, breach of contract disputes, insurance defense, and complex commercial litigation, giving him a breadth of courtroom and trial experience that is difficult to replicate.
Dennis’ construction experience covers defective work disputes, design failures, and contractor and subcontractor liability. His insurance defense background includes managing high-volume caseloads with the precision that carriers and clients demand, and he has led and managed litigation teams at prior firms on complex matters.

S. Sam Sirpal
Sam Sirpal brings more than a decade of Florida civil litigation experience to Martin Law, PLLC, where he serves as Of Counsel and focuses on construction litigation and business disputes. His practice background spans complex civil litigation, breach of contract and commercial disputes, business torts, liability matters, and trial practice. He has represented individuals and businesses in Florida state, federal, and appellate courts and has managed contested matters from initial case assessment through discovery, motion practice, mediation, trial preparation, and resolution.
Sam brings a practical, strategy-driven approach to litigation. His experience includes developing case strategy, drafting and arguing motions, managing discovery and depositions, preparing witnesses, coordinating experts, negotiating settlements, and handling matters involving substantial documentary and factual records. His results include significant jury verdicts, including seven-figure outcomes.
